FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays.

Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, zipcode, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Your order will be shipped via DHL/Fedex/UPS to the address you provide.

If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed extra fee DHL/Fedex/UPS charges us to make the correction.NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please call us immediately.

We will contact DHL/Fedex/UPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation.

This investigation can take up to 8-16 business days.

If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending investigation of the situation.

Q and A about our policy: 

You can initiate a return within 30 days after you received the item. If the time period exceeds this time frame, we are sorry to tell you that the item couldn’t be returned.

1. What is the definition of “returned in original condition”?

   1.1 Hair bundle has not been untied, washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached and installed, and for wavy hair bundle, the wave pattern are not dispersed.

    1.2 Hair wig has not been washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached ,installed and lace part has not been cut or destroyed by other ways.

2. Do I need an authorization before I make the return?

Yes. We don’t accept the return without authorization, also if the hair has not in the original condition, and if it has been over 30 days after delivery, we don’t accept the return.

Please contact us at support@beaudiva.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your units back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualification for a refund.

Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut (if the item is a wig).

Note: we highly recommend to ship your unit via using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as that can greatly expedite the process.

3. How can I get my refund and what should I do if I haven’t received my refund? 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Is there any custom duties?

    How many bundles do I need? 

    Normally 3-4 bundles are enough for a full head, if the length reaches 20 inch, I suggest you can order 4 bundles. Or you can also combine a closure or frontal to make a full head.

    Does the hair have a bad smell? 

    Promise no corn-chip chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health! But we do wash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell. 

    Can the hair be colored or bleached?

    yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first. 

    Will the hair be shedding or tangle? 

    A: Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized. B: Tangle: Usually, our hair will not tangle because it is cuticle intact human hair. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

    What type of hair care products should I use?

    Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time. Recommended shampoos and conditioners: Pantene PROV For treatment and every day use: Olive Oil Hair Polisher. 

    What's your return policy? 

    Items must be returned in original state, unused condition and re-sellable. We guarantee money back on all acceptable returns. Return and exchange are available in 30 days after you received. Please contact Beaudiva Service Team before returning package.
