Shipment

• The order will be processed within 24 hours once the payment is verified(Processed package time from 8:00 AM to 18:30 PM, Monday to Saturday in Beijing Time).
• Normal shipping time to the US is 5-7 days; to UK 8-10days; to South Africa 12-15days (Shipping agents do not update tracking on Saturday and Sunday).
• The package is usually shipped out via FedEx or DHL or UPS or DPEX.
• All the shipping cost is included in the cost, no additional shipping cost for U; For remote countries ,need additional shipping cost when you are at checkout. For some countries, we do not provide selling and delivery service like Jamaica, China.

Exchange Policy

We accept to exchange products for U if it is for product quality problems or wrong product size or you do not like the products in hand.

Return Policy

• Within 7 days receiving your returning package if choosing US warehouse.
• Within 20-25 days receiving your returning package if choosing China warehouse and possibly producing 30$ or more customs tax when package into China Customs. Buyers need undertake the customs tax in China.
